In order to ensure the normal operation of the screw air compressor, some things need to be replaced regularly, such as lubricating oil, oil filter, prefilter, air filter, oil and gas separator and so on. And the replacement of these things are strictly limited in time. After a certain period of time, the screw type air compressor must be used. These parts must be replaced.

螺杆式空压机油的更换时间是初次使用可控制在500小时左右，之后可以每3000小时左右更换一次。

The replacement time of screw air compressor oil is for the first time, which can be controlled for about 500 hours, and then it can be changed every 3000 hours or so.

油过滤器

Oil filter

 螺杆式空压机油过滤器初次使用的更换时间是在使用500小时，以后可以保持在1500小时左右更换一次。

The replacement time of the first screw air compressor oil filter is 500 hours. After that, it can be changed for about 1500 hours.

前置过滤器

Pre-filter

螺杆式空压机前置过滤器每十天左右必须对其进行清洗，工作环境恶劣可以缩短时间。（非必备设备）

The pre filter of screw air compressor must be cleaned every ten days, and the working environment is bad, which can shorten the time. (non essential equipment)

空气过滤器

Air filter

螺杆式空压机工作达到设定时间1000小时，或者有相应的标识提示时，必须将过滤器进行清洁或者更换。如果是机体工作环境比较差，可以相应缩短空滤芯的使用时间。

When the screw air compressor works for 1000 hours, or if there is corresponding identification, it must be cleaned or replaced. If the body working environment is relatively poor, it can shorten the use time of air core.

油气分离器

Oil and gas separator

螺杆式空压机在使用过程中，如果出现指示灯亮或者油压力超过正常工作值，必须对油细分离器进行检测/更换。一般更换时间是3500小时左右，可视具体工作环境而定。

When the screw air compressor is used, if the indicator light or the oil pressure exceeds the normal working value, we must detect and replace the oil separator. The general replacement time is about 3500 hours, depending on the specific working environment.

注意：在油气分离器的检测/更换时务必保证没有杂物掉入油桶，防止影响空压机的运转。

Note: when detecting and replacing oil and gas separator, make sure that no debris falls into the oil drum, so as to prevent the operation of the air compressor.
