| 一、整机清洗 1. Clean the whole machine 空压清洗的方法： Air pressure cleaning method: 先把空压机运转几分钟，机油达到常温； First run the air compressor for a few minutes, and the oil is at room temperature. 关闭空压机，等内部压力泄完，打开加油盖，倒进空压机清洗剂，拧紧加油盖； Shut down the air compressor, wait for internal pressure to release, turn on the refueling cover, pour into the air compressor cleaning agent, tighten the oil cover; 打开空压机运转30分钟； Open the air compressor for 30 minutes; 放掉旧机油，然后加进新机油。 Drain the old oil and add the new oil. 一般清洗后的空压机温度会下降10度左右。 After general cleaning, the air compressor temperature will drop by about 10 degrees. 二、冷却器清洗 2. Cleaning the cooler 在国内，空压机的冷却器一般分风冷式和水冷式两种，因此针对不同的冷却器，有不同的清洗方法。 At home, the air compressor cooler is generally divided into air-cooled and water-cooled, so there are different cleaning methods for different coolers. 2.1风冷型冷却器 2.1 air cooled cooler 打开导风罩清理盖板，或拆下冷却风扇； Clean the cover plate or remove the cooling fan; 用压缩空气反吹将污物吹下，再把污物拿出导风罩；如果较脏，应喷一些除油剂再吹。螺杆空压机当无法用以上方法清理时，需要将冷却器拆下，用清洗液浸泡或喷冲并借助刷子（严禁使用钢丝刷）清洗。 Blow off the dirt with compressed air, and take out the air guide cover.
