The main component of basic air compressor oil in the sales market is nitrogen oxides. Air compressors often operate at high temperatures and pressures. 积碳产生的首要要素。

1.高温:高温是润滑脂氧化霉变的根本性要素。温度越高,氧化速率越快,积碳的概率越大;

The ignition temperature of carbon deposition is generally around 180 ℃, and the inlet and outlet temperature of the air compressor is generally not higher than 160 ℃, so carbon deposition is not easily ignited during normal operation.
