TAD-H系列空气干燥器是由两个干燥塔交替工作的无热再生式除湿净化装置,其工作原理参考下图。当电控阀Ad处于失电状态而电控阀Bd处于得电状态时,进气阀左移,排气阀Bp开启,Ap关闭,此时,B塔进入再生状态。A塔进入吸附状态,饱和湿空气由空压机进入进气阀座,湿空气经开放的进气阀A进入左边干燥塔,沿着箭头的流向,经过干燥器下部的高效离心式油水分离器时,除去较大的水滴、油滴及灰尘,然后通过吸附剂,经干燥后的干燥空气借助压力打开出气止回阀,干燥空气送向总风缸,出气止回阀的左右进气室有一小孔相连,经干燥塔A处理的净化空气有一部分经过小孔流向干燥塔B,从B筒上部流向吸附剂,吸收吸附剂内的水分(再生),并带着离心式油水分离器下部的水滴、油滴及尘埃由排气阀排出。 TAD-H series air dryer is a heatless regenerative dehumidification and purification device with two drying towers working alternately.
