| 油气分离器的维护更换 Maintenance and replacement of oil gas separator 油气分离器是将螺杆润滑油与压缩空气分离的部件，正常运行下，油气分离器的使用寿命在3000小时左右，但润滑油的品质及空气的过滤精度对其寿命有巨大的影响。可见在恶劣使用环境下必须缩短空滤芯的保养更换周期，甚至考虑加装前置空气滤清器。 油气分离器在到期或者前后压力差超过0.12Mpa后必须予以更换。否则会造成电机过载，油气分离器破损跑油。 更换方法： 拆下油气桶盖上安装的各控制管接头。取出装油气桶盖上伸入油气桶内的回油管，拆出油气桶上盖紧固螺栓。 移开油气桶上盖，取出油细。除去粘在上盖板上的石棉垫及污物。 装入新的油气分离器，注意上下石棉垫必须加钉订书订，压紧时石棉垫必须摆整齐，否则会引起冲垫。 按原样装回上盖板、回油管、各控制管，检查有无泄漏。 The oil-gas separator is a component that separates screw lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtering accuracy of air have great influence on its service life. It can be seen that the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened in harsh use environment, and even the installation of front air filter is considered. The oil-gas separator must be replaced when it is expired or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the oil gas separator will be damaged and oil will escape. Replacement method: remove the control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas drum cover. Take out the oil return pipe that extends into the oil and gas tank from the cover of the oil and gas tank, and remove the fastening bolts of the upper cover of the oil and gas drum. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas tank and take out the oil. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt adhered to the upper cover plate. When installing a new oil-gas separator, pay attention that the upper and lower asbestos pads must be stapled and bound, and the asbestos pads must be placed in order during pressing, otherwise the cushion will be flushed. Replace the upper cover plate, oil return pipe and control pipes according to the original condition, and check whether there is leakage. |
