| 无油润滑空气压缩机气缸内的活塞环和填料装置内的填料均采用具自润滑特性的填充聚四氟乙烯作为密封元件。因此，气缸和填料装置无须注入润滑油润滑，正常情况下经过压缩后的气体基本纯净不含油污，无需增加除油装置。该机的缺点为电机功率偏大，排气压力不够稳定，排气温度高，噪音偏大，检修工作量大，维修费用偏高。 The piston ring in the cylinder and the packing in the packing device of the oil-free air compressor are all sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene filled with self-lubricating characteristics.
