无油空压机冷却工作原理空气通过过滤器进入第一级低压转子的加压和中间冷却器冷却,再通过管路系统进入第二级高压转子的加压和后冷却器冷却,使高油的压缩空气降低到可接受的程度。外界的冷却水进入后冷却器、中间冷却器和油冷却器,冷却高温压缩空气和高温油。油通过管路系统冷却低压转子和高压转子,高温油进入油冷却器冷却后,在内部循环使用。对于空压机空气经过第二级高压转子的压缩,一般可以达到180℃~190℃的温度,经过冷却后,压缩空气温度一般控制在40℃~45℃进入干燥机干燥,空压机的输入功率大约有90%(大部分为轴功率)是作为热量通过冷却器带走,消耗在环境中的。 The cooling principle of oil-free air compressor is that air enters the first stage low-pressure rotor through filter and the intermediate cooler to cool, and then enters the second stage high-pressure rotor through pipeline system to pressurize and cool the post-cooler, so as to reduce the high-oil compressed air to an acceptable level.
