Dryer usage and maintenance

1、在装配或更换时应注意进出气口的连接

1. Attention should be paid to the connection of inlet and outlet when assembling or replacing.

，如反装则干燥器不工作；

2、产品在装配或更换时应注意管路的清洁，否则杂质会引起漏气；

3、干燥罐应每年更换一次，如果使用环境的空气中含有过多的灰尘和水分，更换周期必须缩短。应定期检查贮气筒的积水状况（推荐每月一次），如果储气筒中积水严重，则必须更换干燥罐。干燥罐的更换方法：

Regular inspection of the water storage tank (recommended once a month), if the water in the tank is serious, the drying tank must be replaced. Replacement of drying tanks:

a、卸下旧干燥罐，清洁连接螺栓及阀体；

A, unload the old drying tank, clean the connecting bolts and the valve body.

b、在新干燥罐与阀体的密封配合部位涂适量润滑脂，在新干燥罐与连接螺栓配合处涂螺纹紧固密封胶；

B. Apply proper amount of grease to the sealing parts of the new drying tank and the valve body, and apply thread fastening sealant to the sealing parts of the new drying tank and the connecting bolt.

c、把新干燥罐拧于阀体上，最大拧紧力矩为15N ·m；

C, screw the new drying tank on the valve body, the maximum tightening torque is 15N. M;

4、本产品除干燥罐外,其他零部件用户不得随意拆卸；

5、车辆在三级保养时，应由专业技工拆解清洗和整理，更换易损件；

6、为了使干燥器的干燥性能良好，空压机与干燥器之间的连接要金属管并保持5m以上,防止因气体温度过高使干燥器中的橡胶件早期失效，进气口的温度应不大于65度。
