一、螺杆空压机机械故障的预防处理 
Prevention and treatment of a mechanical failure, screw air compressor
1、螺杆空压机工作原理: 
1, screw air compressor working principle:
螺杆空压机主要部件有:空气过滤器,低压转子,中间冷却器,电子马达,高压转子,后冷却器,传动部件,齿轮箱,调节器控制系统,安全阀及消音外壳等。 
The main components of screw air compressor are: air filter, low pressure rotor, intercooler, electronic motor, high pressure rotor, post cooler, transmission part, gear box, regulator control system, safety valve and silencer case.  
2、常见故障及处理 
2, common faults and processing
2.1空气输出温度过高 
2.1 high temperature air output
(1)降低空气输入温度。增加空压机房的通风,在空压机房的房顶加排气罩,用来排除热气,控制室内温度不要过高,特别在炎热的夏季,空压机房的温度不要超过40℃。 
(1) reduce the air input temperature. Increase the ventilation of the air compressor room, add the exhaust hood on the roof of the air compressor room to remove the hot gas and control the indoor temperature. The temperature of the air compressor room should not exceed 40 degrees, especially in the hot summer season.  
(2)降低冷却水的输入温度,冬季水温保持在18℃,夏季水温保持在24℃。 
(2) to reduce the input temperature of cooling water, the temperature of water in winter is kept at 18, and the water temperature in summer is kept at 24.  
(3)增加冷却水的流量,经测算,冷却水输入温度和输出温度差l5℃,冷却水流量为3.7升/秒。

(4)清理冷却水中的水垢或脏的沉淀物。在冷却水中加入去垢剂疏通冷却水系统。

2.2油温过高 
2.2 high temperature
空压机有油温保护设置,油温超过70℃时关机,造成空压机频繁关机。油温过高的原因是油冷却器失效。由于油冷却器内冷却水管路较细,结垢后不易清理,造成油温降不下来。更换一个油冷却器需2800美元。经过研究,我们拆下油冷却器后,在去垢剂中浸泡一天,再用小水泵将带压力的水打入油冷却器中反复冲洗,可将水垢去除。用此方法,我单位空压机没有更换过油冷却器,夏季油温也可控制在60℃以下。

The reason why the oil temperature is too high is the failure of the oil cooler. 2.3空气过滤器频繁失效 
2.3 the frequent failure of air filter
压缩机开始使用时,空气过滤器只能使用一个月就失效。经分析是周围空气环境较脏。为此在空压机空气过滤器上方加上网罩(预过滤器),以延长过滤器的使用时间。 
When the compressor is used, the air filter can only be used in one month. The analysis is that the ambient air is dirty. In order to prolong the use time of the filter, the net cover (pre filter) is added above the air filter of the air compressor.  
2.4空压机其它要求

(1)夏季空压机房环境温度低于40℃才可正常开机。空压机在安装时,机器之间的间距要大于2.5米,以利于空压机房的散热与通风。

(2)压缩机有最大工作压力和一般工作压力两个参考数据,在选择空压机时,应以一般工作压力为参考数据选择空压机。如果以最大工作压力选择空压机,易使压缩机长期超负荷运转,烧毁电机。 
(2) the compressor has two reference data: the maximum working pressure and the general working pressure. When selecting the air compressor, the general working pressure should be chosen as the reference data to select the air compressor. If the air compressor is selected with the maximum working pressure, the compressor will be easily overloaded for a long time and burn down the motor.  
(3)水冷式空压机对水质要求较高,常见故障都是与水质不好引起冷却系统结垢有关。因此,在安装空压机时一定要安装一套水软化处理装置,可大大减少空压机的故障。 
(3) the water cooling type air compressor has a high requirement for water quality, and the common faults are related to the fouling of the cooling system caused by the poor water quality. Therefore, when the air compressor is installed, a set of water softening device must be installed, which can greatly reduce the failure of the air compressor.  
3.双螺杆空压机跳停处理 
3. double screw compressor shutdown processing
双螺杆空压机在工作中,出现跳停故障。即工作期间也能正常供风,但有时突然跳停。首先,我们检查电动机部分,没有发现明显问题;再检查压缩机温度自动保护和压力自动调节系统,温控部分正常。经拆检压力调节阀和减荷阀,发现减荷阀内部用于承受压力调节压差的橡胶薄膜损坏,膜上有一小孔。由于橡胶膜损坏,在供风压力变换时,空压机进风口大小不能够及时调整,机组负荷与柴油机功率不匹配,引起柴油机过载保护跳停,更换减荷阀内橡胶薄膜后,故障排除。 
In the work of the twin screw air compressor, there is a jump stop fault. It can also supply the wind normally during the working period, but sometimes it suddenly stops. First of all, we did not find any obvious problems in checking the motor part. Then we checked the automatic temperature protection and pressure automatic regulation system of the compressor, and the temperature control part was normal. After dismantling the pressure regulating valve and the load reducing valve, it is found that the rubber film, which is used to withstand pressure adjustment pressure difference, is damaged by a small hole in the membrane. Because the rubber membrane is damaged, the inlet size of the air compressor can not be adjusted in time when the supply pressure is changed. The load of the air compressor does not match the power of the diesel engine, causing the overload protection of diesel engine to jump and stop. After replacing the rubber membrane of the load reducing valve, the trouble is eliminated.  
开机后立即跳停,偶尔能正常开机,工作一段时间后仍跳停。经检查,润滑油温度和排气压力不高,将温度保护开关暂时短路,跳停现象消失。这表明是温度高引起的跳停,但是感觉不到润滑油散热器散出的热量。排查润滑油路,温度保护开关和温控阀正常,更换了油过滤器滤芯,清洗了散热片,故障依旧。在对止回阀进行解体检查,发现同样是承受润滑油前后压差的橡胶薄膜损坏,更换后故障排除。由此可见:空压机的跳停,往往是由于压力调节系统某个阀失效引起,阀的橡胶密封件、塑料膜片、弹簧等零件易出故障,往往隐蔽性较强,容易给人造成错觉。

The lubricating oil road is checked, the temperature protection switch and the temperature control valve are normal, the filter core of the oil filter is replaced, the radiator is cleaned, and the failure is still. In the check of the check valve, it is found that the rubber film that bears the pressure difference before and after the lubricating oil is damaged, and the failure is removed after the replacement. It can be seen that the jump stop of air compressor is often caused by the failure of one valve in the pressure regulating system, and the parts such as rubber seals, plastic diaphragms, springs and so on are easy to fail, which are often concealed and easy to make artificial illusions.
