冷冻式空气干燥机常见故障的判断及处理
Judgement and treatment of common faults of refrigerated air dryer
高压跳机
High pressure jumper
故障情形:机台跳机后故障批示灯亮,待高压压力下降后故障批示灯熄灭,机台开机照常运转。
Fault situation: after the machine jumps, the fault indicator light is on. After the high pressure drop, the fault indicating lamp is extinguished, and the machine starts running as usual.
原因一、机器场所的环境温度过高超过40℃。
First, the ambient temperature of machine premises is too high to exceed 40 C.
1、机房在厂房的最顶层阳光直照,通风不良。

2、机房太小又没有排风扇,通风不良。

3、空压机没安装排气管,散出的热气在机房里导致环境温度升高。

原因二、冷凝器、冷却器出现脏堵

1、冷凝器灰尘、杂质很多。(风冷型)。

2、冷却水管路没有装Y形过滤器,水质差造成冷凝器出入口无温差(水冷型)。

原因三、机器的摆放

1、机台放置场所离周围墙壁距离太近(不小于50cm)。

2、机台前后摆放(风冷式)。

3、机台放置场所有热源(太阳直照或空压机排放热气)。

针对以上问题建议用户改善机台放置位置和场所。

原因四、冷凝器风扇马达不转

1、风扇马达启动电容击穿。

原因五、空压机马力数(空气处理量)与冷冻式干燥不匹配

机台电流过高跳机
Overcurrent jumper
故障情形:机台跳机故障指示灯指示,机台无法开机。需手动复位过载电驿后,方可再启动。
Fault condition: the machine jumper fault indicator indicates that the machine is unable to start. After the overload relay is manually reset, it can be activated again.
原因一、现场用电电压不稳定导致机台内压缩机、风扇电机电流波动较大。
First, the unstable voltage on the site caused the fluctuation of the compressor and fan motor current.
原因二、压缩机内部卡死,导致启动电流过大。
Cause two. The internal clamping of the compressor causes the starting current to be too large.
原因三、压缩机启动电容损坏。

原因二、干燥机蒸发温度过高
Cause two, the evaporation temperature of the dryer is too high
1、 干燥机入口温度过高(超过机器标示的最高入口温度)

2、 机房环境温度过高、散热器冷凝器堵塞无清洗

3、 热气旁路阀调节过大

4、 空压机连续运转但压力低、现场用气量过大

原因三、干燥机蒸发温度过低

1、 冷冻系统制冷剂泄漏

原因四、空压机马力与冷干机不匹配

原因五、干燥机空气管路中旁路阀没关紧

原因六、开机顺序出错,应该先开干燥机运转5分钟后再开压机

低压跳机
Low voltage hopper
故障情形:机台跳机后故障指示灯会指示,机台无法开机。
Fault condition: after the machine jumps, the fault indicating lamp will indicate that the machine is unable to start.
原因一、机台制冷系统中制冷剂泄漏有分外部漏和内部漏
First, the refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration system of the machine has partial leakage and internal leakage.
Ⅰ、外部漏可用目测或肥皂水检查(主要检查以下几点)
I can use visual inspection or soapy water to check the external leakage.
1、 制冷配件(压力表、压力开关、角阀、膨胀阀、充灌阀、 冷媒释荷阀、)
1. Refrigeration parts (pressure gauge, pressure switch, angle valve, expansion valve, filling valve, refrigerant release valve, etc.)
2、 制冷系统管路(冷凝器出入口焊接处、铜管弯头三通、毛细管焊接处漏、冷冻系统铜管各个焊接点)
2, refrigeration system piping (condenser inlet and outlet welding, copper pipe elbow three links, capillary welding leakage, freezing system copper pipe each welding point)
Ⅱ、内部漏可用压缩空气检测或分段检测法

压缩空气检测法
Compressed air detection method
1、 打开空气管路的旁路阀,关闭干燥机的出入口阀门
1. Turn on the bypass valve of the air pipe and close the inlet and outlet valve of the dryer.
2、 将冷冻系统的压力全部放完,再将干燥机入口阀门打开使压缩空气进入干燥机,如果蒸发器或二次冷凝器里面有漏点,冷冻系统的压力表就会有压力指示,最终指示的压力会跟压缩空气的压力一样高。
2, complete the pressure of the freezing system, and then open the dryer entrance valve to make the compressed air enter the dryer. If there is a leak in the evaporator or the two condenser, the pressure gauge of the freezing system will have pressure indication, and the pressure will be as high as the compression of the compressed air.
分段检测法

1、 蒸发器和冷凝器出入口铜管割段,分别对蒸发器和冷凝器进行保压检漏。

机台出入口出现压力降

故障情形:冷冻式干燥机入口压力与出口压力有压力差

原因一、干燥机蒸发温度过低造成蒸发器内部结冰
The first reason is that the evaporating temperature of the dryer is too low to cause ice inside the evaporator.
