螺杆式空压机工作达到设定时间1000小时，或者有相应的标识提示时，必须将过滤器进行清洁或者更换。如果是机体工作环境比较差，可以相应缩短空滤芯的使用时间。

螺杆式空压机在使用过程中，如果出现指示灯亮或者油压力超过正常工作值，必须对油细分离器进行检测/更换。一般更换时间是3500小时左右，可视具体工作环境而定。
