压缩空气干燥机工作原理

 水蒸汽达到饱和状态的压缩空气进入干燥机的预冷器中,在预冷器里,进入的热空气被出去的冷空气先冷却降温一部分,减少了系统的负荷(此过程为预冷)。预冷后的空气进入蒸发器。在这里,空气放出的热量被冷媒吸收,冷却到预先设定的温度(2~7℃)。空气被冷却后就使水蒸汽结成液滴,并通过汽水分离器从空气中分离出来,又经自动排水器排出机外,离开汽水分离器后,冷空气进入预冷器的壳程,与入口热空气进行热交换,在被加热到大约与入口空气相差10℃后离开干燥机。这种再加热防止外部出口空气管路和下游管路的二次结露,还增加了空气的能量,提高了效用。此外,压缩空气经过干燥机后,其中的3μ及以上固体尘都已被滤除,气源品质达到清洁、干燥的要求。
