1.每日检查油位、排气温度和排气压力，检查有无异常声音；
1. Check oil level, exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure daily to check for abnormal sounds.
2.每周开机前打开分离器排污阀排放冷凝水，检查各处有无泄漏，检查安全阀，检查皮带磨损情况(目测)；
2. Open the separator drain valve to drain condensate before starting up every week, check whether there is leakage everywhere, check the safety valve, check the belt wear (visual inspection);
3.定期检查进气控制阀、最小压力阀、电控箱连接线端子、安全阀、冷却风扇；

4.定期清洗、清扫冷却器，试验安全阀可靠性；

5.定期更换机油过滤器芯、油分离器滤芯、进气过滤器滤芯和润滑油。
5. Replace oil filter core, oil separator filter core, air inlet filter core and lubricating oil regularly.
